Can’t find enough committed chambelanes? You’re not alone. Many families rent chambelanes so the court is complete, trained and ready. Here’s what renting chambelanes looks like and what to ask before you book.
Why families rent chambelanes
- Friends and cousins can’t always commit to every rehearsal.
- Trained dancers learn faster and partner with confidence.
- You don’t have to worry about someone dropping out the week of the party.
Who are the chambelanes?
All of our chambelanes and damas for hire are ages 13 to 18. They’re courteous, polished and well-mannered, and they train weekly. Learn more about what chambelanes do.
What’s included when you rent our chambelanes
- Custom choreography for the entrance, waltz and surprise dance
- Music editing
- Black suits (other colors available to choose from) and surprise dance outfits
- The option to include your own damas
- Timeline assistance (if needed)
- A choreographer or representative at your event (depending on the package)

How rehearsals work
Rehearsals are at your home or at our studio. For quinces outside Los Angeles, our chambelanes start your dances 8 weeks before the event, we send weekly practice videos and check in on Zoom, and then they join your court in person on the Thursday and Friday of the event week.
How to reserve your date
A retainer reserves your event and rehearsal dates, and the remaining balance is split into scheduled payments. For a quote for your date and court size, call or text 323-715-4555.
